Cookie Booth Guidelines:

Troop number must be displayed at your Cookie Booth.
Girl Scouts must have on a Girl Scout shirt, vest, sash, or membership pin.
If more than one unrelated Girl Scout is present at the Cookie Booth, there must be at least two registered unrelated adults with a current background check present.

What is a Cookie Credit Voucher?

Cookie Credit Vouchers are earned based on the number of packages sold and can be used to help pay for summer camp, Girl Scout travel experiences, retail merchandise, and GSTOP-led programs.

Here’s what’s new and improved this cookie season:

NEW! Cookie Credit Retail Vouchers can now be used for council-led programs.
Improved! Cookie Credit Travel Vouchers can now cover:
1. Up to 100% of GSTOP-sponsored travel and GSTOP-partner travel.
2. Up to 50% of GSUSA Destination trips
Back by Popular Demand! Cookie Credit Retail Vouchers can once again be used at the Stevens Ranch Camp Store during summer camp.

All vouchers must be redeemed by September 30 of the Cookie Program year.

How are Cookie Credit Vouchers valued?

Cookie Credit Vouchers have no cash value.

Can we transfer Cookie Credit Vouchers from one sister to another to help cover camp or travel fees?

Yes. Families may transfer Cookie Credit Vouchers from one sister to another for a one-time transfer to help cover camp and travel fees; however, both sisters must have participated in the 2026 Girl Scout Cookie Program to be eligible for transfers.

Can I use Cookie Credit Travel Vouchers for a future year's trip?

Yes. To utilize Cookie Credit travel vouchers for future trips, the Girl Scout MUST be registered for the trip. Once registered, email CustomerCare@gs-top.org to request that Cookie Credit Vouchers be used for a future trip. Cookie Credit Vouchers may be used to cover up to 100% of the cost of the trip, with the balance of the trip paid by the Girl Scout family. Cookie Credit Vouchers may be used for up to three years. Cookie Credit Voucher requests must be made before Cookie Credit Vouchers expire for the current cookie program year, annually on September 30. 100% usage applies to GSTOP-sponsored trips only.

Can my Girl Scout use Cookie Credit Vouchers for activities offered by outside program providers?

No. GSTOP Cookie Credit Vouchers are exclusive to GSTOP opportunities.

Can I renew my girl’s membership with Cookie Credit Rewards?

Yes! One of the 300+ cookie packages reward options for the 2026 Cookie Program is membership renewal for the 2026-2027 Membership Year.

Vouchers are only for camp, travel, and retail usage.

Can Cookie Rewards be used for adult membership renewal or event fees?

No. Cookie Rewards are not applicable toward fees for adult participation in Girl Scout events or adult membership renewal.

How can my Girl Scout use her Cookie Rewards, if she is in her last year of Girl Scouts?

Girl Scouts who are graduating seniors can select at the 900+ cookie packages reward level a Lifetime Membership to Girl Scouts. Contact Customer Care at customercare@gs-top.org or 800.582.7272 for details.

Cookie Credit Vouchers for camp, travel, and retail are valid through September 30 of the Cookie Program year.

Cookie Credit Vouchers and Cancellations toggle arrow

Day and Overnight Camp Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations are due 14 days prior to the start date of the camp session(s) your camper is attending to be eligible for a refund, minus the deposit.
If your camper is unable to attend camp as planned, please immediately notify GSTOP Customer Care at customercare@gs-top.org or 800.582.7272.
14 days or more from the start of the session: Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to the start of a session to receive a refund of all but the non-refundable/non-transferable deposit. If a session was paid fully with Cookie Credits Vouchers, a refund voucher will be issued minus the deposit.
Less than 14 days from the start of the session: Cancellations made 14 days or less from the start of the session are not eligible for a refund. Cookie Credit Vouchers will also not be refunded.
If you cancel for medical reasons: Please contact us at customercare@gs-top.org, and we will handle on a case-by-case basis.
If Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains cancels a session: Campers will receive a full refund.
No refunds are given if campers are sent home for behavior, possession of weapons, tobacco products, CBD products, alcohol, or illegal drugs.
Cancellations for any reason on the start of the first day of camp or later are not eligible for refunds.
