What are the program dates?
Begins September 15.
Girl Scout-Delivered Orders through October 27
Direct Ship Orders through November 10.
How does the program work?
- Girl Scouts set-up their online storefront, build their customer base of emails, and send information directly to the customer's inbox.
- Customers order and pay online.
- Products can be shipped directly to the customer or select products may be delivered in-person by the Girl Scout.
Is anything delivered in-person?
Yes. When customers select in-person delivery, select nut and candy items are available for in-person delivery. All other items are available for direct ship. Additional shipping fees may apply for direct ship items.
Where do Girl Scouts sign up?
Guardians and Troop Leaders will receive an email with the link from M2. They will follow the link to access their M2 account to ensure the Girl Scouts will be ready to participate when the program begins.
Emails will be sent to Guardian's email address prior to the start date of September 15.
Are there any rewards for participating?
Yes! Girl Scouts receive rewards for participating based upon their program success. Troops receive 18% proceeds on all Girl Scout sales.
Junior, Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Troops may forgo rewards and receive up to 22% proceeds for their Troop.
What if a Troop Leader does not know who is registered in the Troop?
Troop Leaders may access their Troop Roster through the Volunteer Toolkit or email
customercare@gs-top.org for support.
What if a Troop Leader has questions about the online platform?
Contact your Service Unit Fall Product Chair or reach out to M2 customer service at 1-800-372-8520.
Who may participate?
All registered Girl Scouts are eligible to participate in the Fall Product Program. The parent/guardian permission agreement for each participating Girl Scout is part of the M2 Girl Scout dashboard set up.
Participation in the Fall Product Program is an individual Girl Scout family decision.
When will product be delivered?
Product will be delivered to Service Units November 17-19. Service Units will then deliver to troops to disperse to the participating Girl Scouts. Girl Scouts should deliver all in-person deliveries by mid-December.
When do Girl Scouts and troops receive their rewards and proceeds?
Rewards and proceeds will be delivered in December.
What are the benefits for the Troop?
Troops will receive 18% of proceeds from all Girl Scouts in their Troop that participate.
Junior, Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Troops may forgo recognitions to increase their Troop proceeds to 22%.
