GSTOP Vision 2030

GSTOP Vision 2030: GSTOP will make bold, courageous, and impactful changes to programs, community involvement, operations, and market presence, including specific key leadership experiences, to ensure it is positioned to serve the girls of tomorrow.

The Center for Nonprofit Management and Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains (GSTOP) worked together over six months to conduct a comprehensive situational analysis as part of the strategic planning process. This provides the foundation for a data-informed strategic plan and will serve to align the staff and board around the intended strategy.

Objectives & Goals:

GSTOP Vision 2030 relies on four objectives to align the organization’s work over the next three years. The objectives work together to build upon GSTOP’s past successes, mitigate weaknesses, and external threats, and create opportunities for innovation and growth.

The executive summary and objectives were accepted by the Board of Directors on November 17, 2025.

The goals were accepted by the Board of Directors on January 26, 2026.
