Jan Titsworth brings creativity, strategic insight and a collaborative spirit to her role as President of Decalibron Consulting, LLCDrawing on her expertise conceptualizing and implementing new programs and community initiatives in population health, higher education, and leadership development, she guides organizations as they put their vision into action. Jan’s diverse experience spans multiple business sectors, including the non-profit sector, health & wellness, higher education and small business development.

Jan values national and community service. She is immediate past national president of Omega Phi Alpha National Service Sorority and currently serves as board governance advisor to the Omega Phi Alpha Foundation. Jan is a member of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth, and a serves as the the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains and Fort Worth Sister Cities International. 

Jan holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Texas A&M University.   She is an avid hiker, drawing inspiration from the personal challenge of time on the trail. Jan and her husband, Jim, have two adult children.

Julie Ferraro is a powerhouse of innovation, leadership, and passion. A serial entrepreneur and accomplished businesswoman, Julie has spent her career building successful ventures and helping companies thrive. In her current role as an Employee Benefits Broker with Frost Insurance, she is dedicated to empowering businesses with strategic benefits solutions that attract top talent and support long-term employee well-being—all while ensuring cost-effectiveness for employers.

Beyond the boardroom, Julie is a published author and a recognized thought leader, with her insights featured in Forbes Woman, the TODAY Show, CNN, OWN, and Good Morning Australia. Her expertise and influence have made her a sought-after voice in business, leadership, and employee engagement.

But Julie’s most treasured title? Mom. As a proud mother of four, she knows the value of strong communities and meaningful mentorship. Her lifelong passion for the Girl Scouts began in her own youth and continued as a devoted troop leader for her daughters. Now, as a member of the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts of Texas and Oklahoma Plains, she brings her energy, strategic vision, and commitment to empowering young girls to dream big and lead with confidence.

Julie believes in making a difference—whether in business, in her community, or in the lives of future generations of fearless leaders. She’s thrilled to help shape the future of the Girl Scouts and inspire young women to take on the world.

Sonya Garcia is a dedicated leader in the financial and housing industries, currently serving as the Vice President of Mortgage Operations at Peoples Bank. With a passion for community service and strategic leadership, Sonya has been actively involved in numerous boards and organizations across Lubbock for many years.

Committed to making a positive impact, Sonya, is an active member of the West Texas Home Builders, Professional Women in Building, and the Lubbock Association of Realtors. She also supports community initiatives through leadership roles with the Junior League of Lubbock, serving as a committee chair for Food to Kids, and SPARK.

In addition, Sonya serves as a board member for the Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma and the South Plains, as well as the American Cancer Society’s Cattle Baron’s Ball, the High Plains Wine and Food Foundation, and Grey Edges. Through these roles, she continues to advocate for causes that enhance the well-being and development of the Lubbock community.

Sonya is passionate about fostering sustainable growth, empowering local organizations, and strengthening community partnerships to create lasting change.

Donny "Chris" Campbell is a Fort Worth civic leader, small business owner, and community advocate dedicated to strengthening communities through service, collaboration, and intentional leadership. Guided by the values of corazón (heart), service, and intention, Chris works to connect residents, organizations, and leaders around opportunities that improve quality of life across Fort Worth and Tarrant County.

Chris is the Founder and CEO of Esperanza Property Management, a Fort Worth–based residential property management firm focused on responsible housing management and strong tenant relationships. His work as a small business owner provides experience in operations, financial stewardship, and community engagement.

He currently serves the City of Fort Worth through appointments to the Library Advisory Board (LAB) and the Crime Control Prevention District (CCPD) Advisory Board representing District 2. Chris is also a proud and active board member for the Northside Inter-Community Agency (NICA), SteerFW, and the Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA).

Chris’ mission is simple: to uplift his community, empower the next generation, and build a stronger Fort Worth for all.

Jacquelyn Gonzales has been in the banking world for more than 20 years, finally call Amarillo National Bank home.

She loves spending her weekends with her family and says vacation time is her favorite time.

She loves everything Disney. When not working, she enjoys a good book to read or Scrapbooking, as well as spending time with her chickens.

She has been married for 16 years to Michael, and they have two children, Christian and Isabella. 

Shevoyd Hamilton is the CEO and Publisher of two dynamic publications, The Business Press and The Metro Report. His passion is all about empowering visions and inspiring excellence. His drive is helping professionals and businesses achieve their goals by creating and implementing clear strategies that get results. To him, leadership is about service and helping others unlock their full potential to drive sustainable growth.

Shevoyd's journey has spanned over two decades, taking him through diverse roles from customer service and operations to leading revenue strategies. Each experience has taught him a fundamental truth: great success is built on teamwork with clear, shared goals. 

Shevoyd truly enjoys working with people. Whether working with clients, leading a team, or managing company operations, his primary goal is to foster a positive and productive culture, by valuing and supporting others. 

Shevoyd's path has also included over 29 years in pastoral ministry, where he served as a Senior Pastor and Presiding Prelate. This experience has been deeply centered on building community and fostering leadership—principles that he carries into every aspect of my professional life.

Whether in a corporate boardroom or a volunteer meeting, his focus remains the same: providing effective leadership and helping people and organizations reach their full potential. He finds joy in helping people and companies make things work better.

DaNae Couch Lowe is an attorney and shareholder at Canterbury, PC, specializing in commercial and construction litigation. Since joining the State Bar of Texas in 2014, she has been an active member of her local bar associations and has been repetitively named as a Texas Rising Stars list. A graduate from Texas Tech University School of Law, she was active in the advocacy program, earning national competition honors and admittance in the prestigious Order of the Barrister. 

Prior to law school, she graduated from Baylor University's Honors College with a Bachelor of Arts in English and minor in Public Relations. She was a Feature Twirler for Baylor University’s Golden Wave Marching Band and has won a variety of state, regional, and national twirling titles.

DaNae also served as Miss Texas 2012: making more than 310 appearances and traveling more than 30,000 miles. She spent her year of service promoting her personal platform: "Hope for Family Recovery: Life Beyond Addiction."  In January 2013, DaNae was a top ten finalist at Miss America. She has remained actively involved with the Miss America program, judging two state competitions, including sitting on Miss America’s Outstanding Teen 2016 Allie Nault’s state judging panel. In 2019, DaNae became the executive director of the Miss Southlake Scholarship Organization. In July 2022, Miss Southlake’s Outstanding J-Belle Kimbrell won Miss Texas’ Outstanding Teen and subsequently placed Second Runner Up to Miss America’s Outstanding Teen, and in June 2024, Miss Southlake Annette Addo-Yobo won Miss Texas, placing First Runner Up to Miss America.

Outside of these endeavors, DaNae is also a member of the Junior League of Fort Worth and volunteers with the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo and local women and children philanthropic organizations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Geoffrey, and daughter, Landan, and her Pomeranians, Bexar and Tex, family, and friends.

Marilyn Marvin is the Property Management Director for the City of Fort Worth where she leads a team that manages the fleet, facilities, and real estate transactions for the City as well as the budget for the department. Marilyn has an extensive career in management and systems operations in the public and private sectors with a foundation in finance and information technology. 

Marilyn says, “As a former Girl Scout (Brownie through Senior), I have experienced the profound impact of the Girl Scouts. Empowering girls to be confident and become leaders in whatever field they choose. I believe every girl should have the opportunity to experience Girl Scouting.” 

Jacqueline Navarrete serves as the Director of the Innovation Network at Texas Christian University (TCU), where she leads initiatives that foster creativity, collaboration, and innovative thinking across campus and the broader community.

With more than 20 years of experience in education, Jacqueline has dedicated her career to empowering students, educators, and organizations to reach their full potential. She holds a Master of Education in Science Education from TCU and is currently a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership, also at TCU.

Jacqueline is a passionate advocate for community engagement and civic leadership. She serves as a Board Member of the Women’s Policy Forum and is a member of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce, demonstrating her commitment to supporting communities across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She is also a lifelong member of Camp Fire USA and has volunteered with numerous organizations throughout her career.

Jacqueline is a firm believer in empowering young women to find their voice and embrace their potential. She is also a servant leader and has a passion for creating opportunities for others, believing that when people are given the right tools and support, there is no limit to what they can achieve. 

Lisa Nelson is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in human resources, along with 14 years of operations management experience leading a successful small business. She brings a strong background in organizational strategy, operational leadership, and talent development.

In addition to her professional career, Lisa is deeply committed to community service. She has volunteered with Girl Scouts for 13 years as a Troop Leader and served six years as a Service Unit Cookie Chair. She also held the role of Philanthropy Chair for the National Charity League in Southlake, Texas.

Lisa is passionate about leadership, community impact, and helping others grow. Outside of work, she is an avid runner who enjoys traveling and often combines her love of running with exploring new destinations.

Karen Veselsky serves as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle for UMC Health System in Lubbock, Texas, bringing more than 35 years of experience in patient financial services and healthcare operations. Throughout her career, including previous leadership roles at LCMC Health in New Orleans, LA and Trilogy Health Services in Louisville, KY, she has been known for guiding organizations through financial turnarounds and leading the implementation of innovative electronic health records and patient accounting systems. A collaborative and experienced leader, Karen is recognized for her ability to connect with teams at every level, drawing on her own hands-on background. She is also a frequent Healthcare Financial Management Association speaker and recipient of the Marian Blankenship Distinguished Service Award from the National Association of Healthcare Access Management.

A lifelong Girl Scout and Lifetime Member, Karen’s deep commitment to the movement spans decades. She grew up as a Brownie, Junior, and Cadette, later becoming leader of Troop 360 in Louisville, where her girls earned Bronze and Silver Awards and embarked on multiple travel adventures—including a culminating cruise to the Bahamas to conduct a beach clean-up project in Key West and then onto meet the U.S. Ambassador at her private residence. Karen also served the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana as Service Unit Manager, Board Member-at-Large, and Board Secretary, and volunteered for over than ten years as a certified canoe, kayak, archery, and primitive camping instructor/unit leader at Area 8 Day Camp. Since relocating to Lubbock in 2024, she immediately connected with the Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains through the Desserts First Committee and looks forward to contributing her leadership, strategic perspective, and passion for developing the next generation of confident young women.

Beyond her professional and Girl Scout involvement, Karen is active in dog rescue organizations across multiple states, frequently assisting with transportation, home visits, and adoption support. She shares her home with her husband, Gerald, a cat and three large dogs, including a Great Pyrenees she is actively training in AKC obedience and trials—and enjoys refinishing antique furniture in her spare time.  Her daughter, Emma, resides in Beaumont, TX and is currently an Assistant County Prosecuting Attorney for Hardin County.

Lisa Harris brings a unique blend of community leadership and professional expertise to her role as a board member. Her commitment to empowering young women is rooted in her own Girl Scout experience in Oklahoma, where she developed a deep appreciation for the organization's values. This dedication continued as she served as a troop leader, earning the prestigious "Woman of Distinction Award", and further solidified as she witnessed her daughter earn the Gold Award, the highest honor in Girl Scouting. Lisa also served as a delegate at the Girl Scouts' National Convention, demonstrating her dedication on a national level.

Complementing her community involvement is Lisa’s distinguished career in real estate. As the esteemed owner of the Lisa Harris Home Team at Keller Williams Realty in Amarillo, she boasts more than 20 years of experience, guiding countless families through the complexities of real estate. Her expertise encompasses first-time homebuyers, corporate relocation, new construction, investors, bank foreclosures, short sales, and HUD properties.

Lisa’s leadership extends beyond her client work. She served in the role of President for the Amarillo Association of Realtors, demonstrating her commitment to professional standards and community involvement within the real estate industry. Her designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) by the National Association of Realtors, a prestigious achievement earned by only a select few, highlights her exceptional skills and success.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Management of Information Systems, Lisa's professional background includes roles at Phillips Petroleum and Corporate Systems, providing a strong foundation for her entrepreneurial success. Her passion for excellence, whether in real estate or community service, is evident in all her endeavors.

Lisa is honored to serve and hopes that her diverse experiences, from her early days as a Girl Scout to her current leadership in the real estate sector, will make her an invaluable asset, as Lisa is dedicated to empowering young women. 

Dina Jeffries's educational background is in pediatric medicine, and she has been serving in the nonprofit realm since 1991. She has served with the American Red Cross and the Ronald McDonald House Charities. She now continues her passion for leading service as the CEO of the South Plains Food Bank. She is a graduate of the Kellogg’s School of Executive Nonprofit Management, Leadership Texas, Leadership Lubbock, the Law Enforcement Citizen’s Academy, and Lubbock 101.  She recently was recognized as a Woman of Excellence by YWCA and has been appointed to the City of Lubbock’s Airport Advisory Board by the Mayor.

She enjoys building relationships with volunteers and donors and loves mentoring and witnessing the “ah-ha” moments others discover when they realize what the bigger picture of life has to offer. 

Dina was raised in Lubbock and was given the opportunity to live in various places while her husband served in the military. Dina has been married to her husband, Steve, for 39 years. Their son, Alec, is a former Lubbock police officer and now proud Lubbock business owner of a custom golf club fitting and build business. He is married to Caitlynn, who is a police officer and Public Information Officer for Texas Tech Police Department. Dina and Steve have proudly taken on new roles as “Grammy” and “Papa” with their two grandchildren – Aubrey (2 years) and Jon Brian (4 months). No bio would be complete without including the four-legged family members – her two yellow labs, Gracie and Jax.

Kelly Jimenez is a Regional HR Director that leads company-wide initiatives to successfully attract, engage, develop, and retain a diverse workforce, thereby fostering inclusion and a sense of belonging across BNSF. Kelly has been with BNSF for over 20 years and has held numerous roles in Fort Worth in Human Resources, Operations, Engineering, and Workforce Management. Kelly has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University, and a EMBA from Texas Woman’s University.

Kelly is a member of SHRM, i4cp as well as both the Dallas HR and Fort Worth HR groups.  Her community service contributions include United Way of Tarrant County, Salvation Army Angel Tree, March of Dimes, and Girl Scouts of America.
