All GSTOP registered members of Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains, age 14 and above, are considered voting members of the council and encouraged to attend the Annual Meeting.
The Board Development Committee presents the slates for the Board of Directors for term 2026-2028, Board of Directors Term 2026-2027 (fulfilling an unexpired term), and the Board Development Committee for term 2026-2028.
The Board of Directors slate and the Board Development Committee slate will be voted on, in-person, at the 2026 Annual Meeting on April 18.
