Ready to take your Girl Scout experience beyond the troop meeting? This introductory training gives new troop leaders the foundation they need to safely plan and lead trips, events, and activities with their girls.
You'll learn how to choose age-appropriate experiences, understand safety requirements, use Safety Activity Checkpoints, complete required approvals, and prepare girls and families for successful adventures. Whether you're planning a short field trip, attending a council event, exploring your community, or dreaming about your first campout, this training will help you understand the basics and know where to find the resources you need.
