This self-paced training is asynchronous. The Highest Awards in Girl Scouting are named after precious metals. The Silver Award is the highest award a girl can earn as a Cadette, by taking action in her community to make the world a better place. This training is required. Topics include requirements for building a team and a timeline, how to select a project, and the required forms. Troop Leaders and parents welcome. Please note: Girl Scouts, caregivers, and troop leaders need to be individually registered for this training event.
