Led by UNT Health students, participants will tour the campus and get an inside look at what it's like to pursue a career in medicine. They'll practice suturing, experience what it's like to scrub into surgery, and gain life- saving emergency response skills. The day will also include a catered lunch and a special patch ceremony celebrating their accomplishments and new skills! Please Note: This program includes hands-on medical activities that may involve sharp instruments and other medical equipment. All activities will be supervised by trained professionals, with safety procedures and instructions provided throughout the program.
