We have a full day of engaging activities planned. From track talks to arts and crafts, there will be something for everyone. This year's event will run from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with additional evening programs available for any troops interested in exploring the park after dark. What to Expect Welcome & Check-In We will meet at the dinosaur models at 9:00 a.m. for a greeting and welcome. Please plan to arrive at headquarters early, as there may be a line at checkin. Track Talks We will host three Track Talks at the main track site at 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30 a.m. Each talk is approximately 30 minutes and will cover the same content so participants can choose which time they want to attend. Archery There will be three archery programs at 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30 a.m. spots are limited, and registration is required. An archery signup table will be available near the dinosaur models from 8:45 to 9:30 a.m. or until spots fill up. Come-and-Go Activities Several activities will run continuously from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Participants are welcome to visit as many activities as they like and may spend as much time at each station as they prefer. Evening Programs For anyone interested in exploring the park after dark, we will offer two comeandgo evening programs: * Marvel at the Moon - 7:00 p.m. * Insect Extravaganza - 8:30 p.m. What to Bring We encourage participants to wear bug spray and sunscreen and to dress for warm, sunny weather. A water cooler will be available for refilling bottles, but please bring a reusable water bottle.
