Social media is full of advice about food, fitness, bodies, and wellness-but how do you know what information you can trust? Join Girl Scouts and Fuel Her for an interactive conversation about nutrition, wellness, body image, and the messages young people encounter every day. Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors will explore how influencer marketing, social-media comparison, and wellness trends can shape the way we think about food and our bodies. Girls will build practical skills for evaluating health information, develop foundational strategies for fueling their bodies, and discuss ways to create more supportive conversations around food, health, and wellness. Fuel Her's founder will lead approximately 45 minutes of interactive, prevention-focused education and guided activities, followed by a short general educational Q&A with a Registered Dietitian. Caregivers are encouraged, but not required, to register and participate. Girls will: * Learn how to recognize nutrition and wellness misinformation. * Explore how influencer marketing and social-media comparison can affect body image and health choices. * Build practical foundations for fueling their bodies and supporting overall wellness. * Practice evaluating health and nutrition messages with a critical eye. * Learn ways to have more supportive, judgment-free conversations about food and health. Bring your questions and get ready for an open, practical conversation designed to help you navigate wellness information with greater confidence.
