Ensure your troop is safe, prepared, and in good standing! Join us for an in-person First Aid/CPR/AED certification course for adults and pediatrics, designed specifically for Girl Scout volunteers. This hands-on training will equip you with the skills and confidence to respond in emergency situations. Certification is valid for 2 years and is required for at least one registered adult per troop to participate fully in Girl Scout activities and events. Participants will learn: * Basic first aid skills for common injuries and emergencies * CPR techniques for adults, children, and infants * Proper use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) * How to respond quickly and effectively in real-life situations. Important Notes: * Minimum participants: 5 * Maximum participants: 12 * This training will include an online portion that must be completed prior to class and a link will be emailed to you a week out. * Participants must attend the full session to receive certification. Stay compliant, stay confident, and most importantly-help keep our girls safe!
