Girls will explore the history of windmills and discover how people have used wind power and human ingenuity to live and work in different environments throughout history. During the visit, participants will enjoy a guided educational experience through the museum exhibits while learning about innovation, engineering, and life on the plains. About the Museum: The mission of the American Windmill Museum, as an educational organization, is to help diverse audiences explore the ways in which people have used and continue to use their human ingenuity in harnessing the wind to live in varied environments. This is a drop off event. Come learn, explore, and experience a unique part of Texas history with us!
