Calling all Daisy, Brownie, and Junior Girl Scouts! Join us at Adventure Park for an exciting STEM adventure where girls will discover how nature inspires incredible designs. Through hands-on activities, outdoor exploration, engineering challenges, and creative projects, girls will complete the Math in Nature 3: Design Badge for their Girl Scout level while learning how mathematical patterns help shape the world around us. Girls will explore how plants, animals, weather, and natural structures inspire architecture, engineering, art, and technology. They'll investigate patterns, solve design challenges, and use creativity and critical thinking to design their own nature-inspired creations. During this program, girls will have time to do some community service work for the Lubbock Aquarium so they will earn community service hours' time during this program that can be applied to different Girl Scout level awards. Registration Includes * Two-hour Girl Scout Badge program led by a Girl Scout * All program supplies and materials provided by Adventure Park * Official completion of the Math in Nature 3 Design Badge requirements for Daisy, Brownie, or Junior Girl Scouts and will receive the Badge. * Pizza lunch and a drink Please Note: Adventure Park attraction tickets are NOT included with this program registration. Families are welcome to stay after the workshop to enjoy Adventure Park's attractions. Attraction passes must be purchased separately by a parent or guardian directly through Adventure Park.
