Get ready to investigate the wild side of STEM at Wild Science: Animal Adaptations! Girl Scouts will become animal scientists as they explore the incredible adaptations that help animals survive and thrive in their environments. Through fun, hands-on STEM activities at the Science Spectrum, girls will investigate coloration, camouflage, mimicry, bird beak adaptations, winter survival strategies, and poison vs. venom. They'll discover how animals use special body features, behaviors, and defenses to find food, avoid predators, handle changing weather, and survive in some of the world's toughest environments. From clever camouflage to perfectly designed beaks, every adaptation has a purpose. Come discover the science behind some of the animal kingdom's coolest survival strategies! 🐾 Come curious. Think like a scientist. Leave WILD about animal science! Please note: there are two different age level and time sessions to choose from.
