Take flight with us at Girls in Aviation Day, hosted by WAI-NTX! This inspiring annual event is designed to open the world of aviation and aerospace to girls of all ages. 🚀 What's in Store? Your ticket includes hands-on, aviation-themed activities, giveaways, and inspiring keynote speakers. Girls will get the chance to connect directly with women leaders in aviation-from pilots, engineers, and air traffic controllers to airport managers, business owners, and more. Activities You'll Love: Flight Simulators Build-a-Helicopter Aviation Phonetics Scavenger Hunt Career Workshops for High School Girls ...and so much more! 🎁 Special Perks: Each girl will receive a Girls in Aviation Day backpack, the Aviation for Girls magazine, and other fun goodies (while supplies last). Girls who attended in previous years are encouraged to wear their Girls in Aviation Day T-shirt, or new shirts will be available for a suggested $20 donation. Space is Limited! Some activities, like flight simulator slots, fill up fast! Passes will be handed out onsite on a first-come, first-served basis-so plan to arrive early. This is a can't-miss experience for Girl Scouts who are curious, adventurous, and ready to dream big. 🌟
