Patricia Miller, Board Chair: Mrs. Miller serves as the chair of the Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains board of directors. She has been a Girl Scout for more than 60 years: as a girl, adult volunteer, and staff member in Little Cloud Girl Scout Council in northeast Iowa, and four terms as a member and officer of the Texas Oklahoma Plains board. Mrs. Miller retired in 2016 from a 30-year career in fund development. She holds a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation, serves as president of the Association of Fund Raising Professionals Fort Worth Metro Chapter, and is a board member for the Lone Star Council of Charitable Gift Planners. Mrs. Miller and her husband, Don, have nine children and 23 grandchildren living throughout the U.S.

Marcia Etie, First Vice-Chair: Mrs. Etie is completing her first term on the Texas Oklahoma Plains board of directors and currently serves as the board chair for the fund development & communications committee. After retiring from U.S. Rep. Kay Granger's office, Mrs. Etie became a community volunteer. Her current community involvement includes serving as a Blue and Gold Officer for Admissions at the United States Naval Academy, a Lifetime member & Diplomat with the Northeast Tarrant Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the United Way-Arlington Steering Committee, and Board member of United Way of Tarrant County. She is a graduate of Leadership Northeast and a past committee chair for several Chambers of Commerce. Mrs. Etie has 37 years in Girl Scouts, beginning as a Brownie in the Girl Scouts of the Nation’s Capital Council and serving as her daughter’s leader in our Council.
Angela Lamb, Treasurer: Ms. Lamb is an agency owner with Farmers Insurance and Financial Services. She opened her agency in 2004 and has two offices with five employees. She grew up in rural Nebraska on a hog farm and moved to Texas in 1999. Ms. Lamb has been married to Les Lamb for seven years, and they have a 6-year-old son, Lone. Ms. Lamb earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University. She has served on the Fort Worth Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors since 2007 and is a past president.
Ashley Gill, Secretary: Ms. Gill was active in Girl Scouts growing up in Minnesota. Girl Scouts helped her build confidence and character and aided in setting her up to be successful in high school, college, and beyond. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Morris, in 2006, she moved to Texas where she earned her master’s with honors in 2010 from Tarleton State University. Ms. Gill is a regional safety specialist for SWS Environmental Services, covering Texas and Louisiana. Her volunteer activities include serving as the board chair and general manager of the Dallas Derby Devils, Dallas–Fort Worth’s women’s flat-track roller derby league, a nonprofit organization with over 150 members. She enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, traveling, cycling, and playing roller derby.

Chief Executive Officer - Becky Burton*
Becky is a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts and has served more than 20 years with the organization. A native of Abilene, she graduated from Texas Christian University in 1982. Becky currently serves on the Education Committee of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth. She is an active member of her church, First United Methodist Church of Hurst, serving on the Finance Committee. Becky is also a member of the Association of Fund Raising Professionals, Association of Girl Scout Executive Staff, Women’s Policy Forum, United Way of Tarrant County, and the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce.
Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer - Cynthia Odom*
In addition to financial oversight of the council, Cynthia’s responsibilities include council strategy, human resources, product sales, retail, information systems and information technology. She serves on the GSUSA 2014 National Strategy Team and GSUSA Product Sales Advisory Group. Cynthia has received numerous community awards and has served on the local Board of Directors for nonprofits including United Ways, PTA’s and the local and national Board of the Association of Junior Leagues International, Aids Outreach and Greater Texas Community Partners.

Chief Operations Officer Jason Burnette
Jason leads the council in enhancing and increasing girl and adult membership and oversees the council's membership, volunteer and girl experience, and marketing teams. Prior to joining the GS-TOP leadership team, Jason served as the Council Operations & Membership Consultant in the Customer Office at GSUSA. Jason’s tenure in Girl Scouts began at Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma where he worked as Director of Marketing & Membership Services, leading the strategy and marketing campaigns around membership recruitment. Jason also worked as Sales Manager for SMG Tulsa – Cox Business Center where he cultivated potential nonprofits, national associations, and corporate clients.
Chief Community Relations and Development Officer Marilyn Jones
Marilyn is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the GS-TOP fund development team and for developing new, sustainable partnerships with key community stakeholders throughout the Fort Worth/Tarrant County area. She is engaged throughout the Tarrant County community as a member of the Board of Directors of the Women’s Policy Forum and Women’s Policy Forum Foundation; member, Education Foundation for Fort Worth Schools; member, Barbara Holston Education Foundation; member, Women’s Health and Health Disparities Advisory Board and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Fort Worth Alumnae, where she serves as co-chair of Delta Academy.
