The New Leader Learning Path is designed to help you get started in your new role or learn more about your current role. The learning path is comprised of three sections that provide an overview consisting of: the foundation of Girl Scouting, Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains (GS-TOP) demographics and structure, GSTOP policies and safety guidelines, managing your leader role experience, guiding your troop experience, and the importance of the GSLE.
