For Troop and Service Unit Cookie Chairs

Online training for Troop Cookie Chairs are now available. We are rolling out Just in Time (JIT) trainings which supplies S’More Inspiration for our Cookie Product Program. The training provides “must-know”-information in mere minutes! To participate, Troop Cookie Chairs must identify themselves under the MyGS tab above. Go to “My GS Community”, click on “Member Profile”, then add you “Role” as a “Troop Cookie Chair”. We will only send JIT training to individuals who have self-identified as Troop Cookie Chairs.

Troop Cookie Chairs and Troop Leadership members that are identified, will be sent an email with a link to follow for access to the online Troop Cookie Chair training. 

SAGE Mobile

During the Fall Product Sale and Cookie Sale, troops will be able to accept credit card payment using SAGE Mobile Payments.  

GS-TOP will pay for the processing fees for transactions during the Product Sales, NOT data usage fees. The cost per mobile unit device is $20.00; they are available in each GSTOP retail store.

Complete this form and email to, to request that your troop participate in the SAGE Mobile program. You must turn in your SAGE Participation Agreement when you purchase the device. 1 user per troop will be set up and it takes 5-7 days.

After council has requested access for the troop an email will be sent by SAGE containing a link to the mobile app.

Once troop is established with SAGE they can add additional users on Main troop user can delete/deactivate troop users under Manage A Line.
