Cookie Recognitions

Cookie Recognitions 2020

You work hard to sell cookies. Besides learning the 5 life skills and raising funds to plan all sort of new adventures, you can earn awesome recognitions, too! T-shirts, electronics, stuffed animals, summer camp experiences, patches, and much more await you. The more you sell, the more you earn!

2020 Reconocimientos Para Chicas - Spanish

Cookie Bucks

Cookie Bucks are earned based on the number of packages sold and can be used to pay for resident and day/twilight camp, council-sponsored activities, or for merchandise in council shops. At some levels girls can opt for Cookie Bucks instead of a traditional recognition.

See the  2020 Cookie Jar for more information on Cookie Bucks.

Diva Club

The Diva Club is for Girl Scouts who sell 1550 or more packages of cookies in a cookie season. These cookie bosses earn a special Diva patch and have an opportunity to go on a special trip that is both exciting and fun—while also supporting girl programming. We hope to see you at one of these Diva Trips in 2020:

Diva Trip Fort Worth: April 25–26

Brownies through Ambassadors who sell 1,550 packages will be invited to celebrate their success with an overnight trip to the San Antonio Zoo. The girls will have a fun-filled trip “discovering San Antonio” and exploring one of the nation’s top 10 zoos with some special program activities. Girls will participate in animalrelated activities, meet animals, and tour the zoo after hours. To learn more, visit sazoo.org.

Diva Trip In-Town Fort Worth: April 18

Daisies who sell at least 1,550 packages and all Divas who cannot attend the overnight trip to San Antonio will be invited to celebrate their success at the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame. Girls will have a fun-filled special “Girl Scout Morning” discovering the wild west and how women helped shape it! To learn more, visit cowgirl.net.

Brownies through Ambassadors are invited to participate in the event of their choice, but not both. The Diva Club trip/activity is a girl recognition, not a troop recognition. Parents are not included in the trip/activity. Chaperones are appointed by the council per Safety Activity Check Point guidelines.

Diva Trip Wichita Falls & Abilene: April 25–26

Daisies through Ambassadors who sell 1,550 packages will be invited to celebrate their success with an overnight trip to the STEM Center of Excellence located in Dallas. The STEM Center of Excellence is a sprawling 92-acre living laboratory located in south Dallas that provides year-round opportunities in robotics, computer coding, botany, chemistry, and more. To learn more, visit stemcenter.gsnetx.org.

Cookie University is a great opportunity to join with other Girl Scouts and learn about those 5 Skills while having a blast! It’s like a big party!

Cookie Universities are being scheduled throughout the month of December in all areas. Watch our event calendar for registration details.

Project Troop to Troop

Project Troop to Troop

Project Troop to Troop is a council service project that brings a sweet taste of home to military men and women deployed overseas and stateside.

Girls can collect donations during booth sales or take donation orders on their order cards. Having a donation jar for spare change and creating fun posters talking about Project Troop to Troop are easy ways to get the word out.

Participating is a great way for girls to still collect proceeds on every package sold and be a part of a council-wide service project!
