Year Of The Girl

In celebration of our 100th anniversary and our enduring commitment to girls, Girl Scouts has declared 2012 the Year of the Girl--and we're about to do something big!

As part of the Year of the Girl campaign, we will launch on January 31 a landmark cause asking all members of society to join us in support of girls to help them realize their leadership potential.  We will encourage mothers, fathers, and all adults, corporations, members of government, as well as other nonprofits to help girls reach their leadership potential.  Because when girls succeed, so does society.  We all have a role to play in making that happen.  Together, we can get her there.
