If you would like to update/review your personal information, please create a login to your account.

Setup User Account – Video

This video demonstrates how anyone can setup an account within the GS-TOP Online Registration Site. We recommend everyone (even those who have already registered for next year) set up an account as it will update the records within the council with any new contact information and positions you may have. If you know you do not have an email address on file with us or if your name has changed, please fill out our webform so that we may update our records before you create an account.

Please visit our webform if you need to change any of the following:

• I need to add/change my email address on record with the council.
• I need to change my name on record with the council.
• I need to change troops.
• I need to transfer from my old council to the Texas Oklahoma Plains council.
• I need to change my school.
• I need to change my employer.
