Customer Insights: Junior Girl Scouts will go on an adventure to find out who their customer is! Juniors earning the Customer Insights badge will be prepared to find their cookie customer and answer any tricky questions that might come their way!

Seniors

My Portfolio: Seniors can use their cookie selling business to boost or build a resume and portfolio! Girls will develop a resume and get advice from a counselor on how to make their business experience shine for future employers!

Customer Loyalty: Senior Girl Scouts can create posters, fliers and videos to inform their customers about what they will do with their earned cookie money. Also connecting with past customers and making them feel appreciated for their continued support.

 

Financing My Future: Earned by Seniors by having a plan for their educational future—including ideas on how to pay for it.

 

 

Buying Power: Earned by Seniors for demonstrating the ability to research and budget for a big purchase for themselves or their family.

Ambassadors

R&D: Ambassadors may be pros at selling cookies, but there is always room for a little R&D. Girls will learn how to analyze sales trends to make their booth or door to door sales most effective! Researching other companies' techniques and asking customers for advice can skyrocket an Ambassadors sales potential!

P&L: What will happen to all your loyal customers when you aren't selling cookies anymore? Learn how to transition your customer list to a younger girl and pass along all of your knowledge about business ethics to them. Leave a lasting community legacy!
