Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains, Inc. provides quality programs for over 24,000 girls in 81 counties covering 28% of Texas. Our mission is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. Our goal is for any girl wishing to be a Girl Scout to be able to fulfill that wish. Your participation can help us reach that goal!
Did you know?
- The entire $12 membership fee is forwarded to national headquarters in New York to pay for insurance for each girl.
- The cost of providing one year of program for one girl is $236.
- We use resources wisely - approximately 90% of every dollar directly supports programs for girls.

Fund Development Throughout GS-TOP
Family Partnership Campaign
Families of our girls are asked to make an annual contribution through the Family Partnership Campaign. Information is provided to our membership through several channels including a request during Early Bird Registration and direct mail appeal sent directly to families.
5% of the funds received by the families within a Service Unit are allocated to the Troop’s Service Unit for service unit events and activities.

If you shop at Albertsons, Tom Thumb or Kroger you can help GS-TOP.

If you shop at Tom Thumb, have your Reward Card coded with 691. You receive all of your Reward Card benefits, plus a portion of the proceeds from your purchase goes to GS-TOP.
