Our new Online Registration Site not only creates the convenience of registering to be a Girl Scout online, it also allows current members to continually update their information and in the near future register for events instantly.

Activities

This is a real time registration system that will show you the available space for each activity/training and when you purchase the activities you will receive an immediate confirmation by email. No more waiting to hear if you are in or not. Starting March 1st, you can log into the system and browse the options that will be available for registration beginning April 1st.

Troop Leaders

Troop leaders also have the convenience of being able to view and print troop rosters from home. We recommend viewing a tutorial video (below) or reading our manual to learn the basics of how to use the site.

Setup User Account – Video

This video demonstrates how anyone can setup an account within the GS-TOP Online Registration Site. We recommend everyone (even those who have already registered for next year) set up an account as it will update the records within the council with any new contact information and positions you may have. If you know you do not have an email address on file with us, please fill out our webform so that we may place one into your record before you create an account.

Membership Renewals – Video
This video is for girls and adults who wish to register for the 2012-2013 year who previously registered for 2011-2012 and have a valid email address in the council's database. If you know you do not have an email address on file with us, please fill out our webform so that we may place one into your record before you create an account. If you have been a Girl Scout before, but not this past year (2011-2012), please contact our helpdesk before purchasing a membership.

New Membership Registration – Video

Since I’m the troop leader, I was able to verify that everyone’s correct name and email is recorded in the database, so your setup should be a breeze!

Go to: register.gs-top.org
Click on CURRENT and PAST MEMBERS BUTTON
Enter first name, last name and email address
Click continue
Open your email
Click on email from “Admin”
Click on link in email
Create username and password
The password must be 7digits (alpha and numeric)
Answer the hint question
Click “Create Account” button
Click on “my account” (upper left corner)
Verify that all information is correct and renew membership for 2013, if you haven’t already via paper.
