Town Hall Meetings
Want to be “in the know” about Girl Scouting locally and nationally?
Then don’t miss the 2010 Town Hall Meetings!
The purpose of Town Hall meetings is to get input and ideas on major policy and other issues prior to making decisions and to provide a forum for members to discuss critical issues and concerns in a free and open exchange of ideas with members of the GS-TOP Board of Directors, Board Committees, the Senior Leadership Team and other staff members.
All registered Girl Scout adults and girl members, ages 14 and older, are welcome to attend. Council delegates and alternates are urged to attend to represent their region and service units. Everyone is welcome to attend any Town Hall meeting.
Choose a convenient location, or date, and register.

Long Range Property Plan Update - June 2010
The LRPP Committee presented its report to the GS-TOP Board of Directors at the January meeting. The report included an extensive evaluation of each property including current status, maintenance and repair needs, and future program and property needs. The Board is reviewing the report. No decisions have been made regarding any aspect of the properties and no timeline for action has been determined.
In the meantime, the council is entering the phase of planning for the 2010-2011 year and has extended the current property plan until the Board of Directors finalizes decisions for the Long Range Property Plan.
