Events are continually added to the online calendar. Check regularly for updated content. 
All registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds, less 20% cancellation fee, will be issued if notification of cancellation is received in the council office at least seven days prior to the event/training.  No refund will be issued if cancellation is made six or less days prior to the event/training.

Completed Cowgirl Up? Now what? Expand your skills and assist with riding instruction both in the arena and on the trail, teach and assist in horse and barn care. Help with and ride in the rodeo. Shadow the barn staff and prepare yourself for a possible future job as barn crew.

You'll explore Greek life through astronomy, express yourself through music, drama and art, and perfect your mastery of craftsmanship while building a catapult. Have a Greek feast and play games like the Olympians did.  By the time you leave camp, it will all be Greek to you!

Like to cook? In this session you will learn to cook delicious meals over a campfire and how to use a propane stove.  We'll include pie irons, dutch ovens, a solar oven and, of course, you will eat everything you make.  Not to worry, there will be time to cool off in the pool, relax, ride horses and do arts and crafts.

It is a thrill to say, “I made it myself! ” Come learn how to use some basic tools, create some simple woodworking projects, and keep a “level” head about it. Help the planet; learn to use recycled materials in your projects. Don’t worry, you won’t miss out on other camp activities.

Be at the barn on a daily basis (weather permitting) expanding your horsewomanship and horse first aid knowledge, plus work on your CHA (Certified Horsemanship Association) level 1B riding skills.
