Familia Dental Mobile Unit
Familia Dental will have a dentist and dental assistant on site to do exams and cleanings . Insurance will be accepted. Please check with Familia Dental to ensure they accept your insurance provider. To register, parents need to fill out the consent form listed here and return it to Familia Dental by February 19th. For those without insurance there will be a fee of $20 per child and $45 per adult. Each child is required to complete a separate consent form.
