An annual area event, highlighting the accomplishments of girls, individuals or groups whose performance to Girl Scouting is so outstanding that it merits recognition. Join Girl Scouts of TOP as we celebrate the excellence by honoring the girls who earn their bronze, silver or gold awards along with the women and men who have dedicated their time and talents to building girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place.
