CARE
An annual regional event to highlight the accomplishments of individuals or groups who give their time and support to Girl Scouting, whose performance is so outstanding that it merits recognition. GS-TOP's opportunity to honor those who have given outstanding service and a celebration of the history to Girl Scouting, and a opportunity to recognize how strong and relevant the Girl Scout program is today.
