When girls guide or teach others, they act as mentors. Teen mentoring is a win-win proposition! One way a girl can be a teen mentor is to become a Cadette Program Aide to deepen their understanding of what leadership development means and get excited about guiding others. While learning about how to be a champion mentor, girls deliver fun with purpose to younger Girl Scouts. Note: Before girls attend this course, they must have earned the Leader-in-Action (LiA) award.
