Bio Beauty Scientist - Wooded Acres Twilight Camp
Before there were bath and beauty stores or spas, women used homemade cosmetics that often had some pretty funky ingredients. Even today, you might be surprised to learn what is in the items you use. At this camp discover the science behind lip gloss, lotion and even bug spray! See what type of herbs, minerals and living creatures it took to make beauty products, just like how ancient Egyptians used crushed beetle shells and soot for eyeliner. Camp activities will be inside.
