Families welcome! Join us as we have some fun at Camp Rio Blanco. Families will have time to explore, play, archery (age 10 and up), and crafts! Friday will be a star party (weather permitting) and board games. Saturday will be spa time for the moms in the moms only lounge, Camp Rio Blanco style. While mom is off for spa time, the family will have some time to make a Mothers Day gift before leaving camp.
NOTE: You have choices. Choose to arrive Friday May 10 and stay the night or arrive Saturday and stay only for the day. Cost is same. Meals provided are Saturday breakfast and Saturday lunch. Cost is $20 per person. After selecting from your above options, the price will populate during the registraion process.
Important: Any adult, age 18 or older, attending this family camp event, must have a cleared background check on file with Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains before arriving at camp. Overnight accommodation options will be all female cabin or all male cabin, or families can sleep together in tents. If choosing family style, tents are not provided, and each family is asked to provide their own.
