Development and Communications Coordinator - Amarillo

The Development and Communications Coordinator – Amarillo Area (DCC) is an integral part of the Development and Communications team with Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains (GS-TOP) located at our Amarillo area office. This position supports the fundraising and communications strategies of the Council in coordination with council leadership and staff, as well as helps develop priorities and opportunities relative to area monetary goals. This person serves as the GS-TOP development and communications representative for the Amarillo area, as well as the lead staff for United Way agencies in the area.

Business Services Specialist - Lubbock

The Business Services Specialist is responsible for business services and administration support in the Lubbock Area office. Works with the Area Director and staff to order supplies, maintain equipment, execute printing, facilitate mail services, serve as a receptionist, and provide other administrative support to all departments in the Lubbock Area office. In partnership with the Director of Information Systems, the Business Services Specialist will assist with Council Enterprise System (CES).

Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains is seeking hard working, passionate, accountable and positive individuals who would like to be a part of our summer staff team at one of our two resident camp programs. Here’s your chance to give young girls a fantastic summer experience while they grow in courage, confidence and character! Several staff positions are available for individuals that are 16 or 17 years old; most staff positions begin hiring at 18 years old. Girl Scout experience is not required. This is a wonderful opportunity for graduating High School seniors and college students – build your resume while you make a real difference in the life of a girl!
