Camp Boothe Oaks

Camp Boothe Oaks (in the Abilene Region near Sweetwater) is celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2012. (Saturday, May 12)  We can't think of a more wonderful time than the Year of the Girl (Girl Scouts 100th Anniversary) for this 73 acre camp to be celebrated!  Join us for the big 60th Celebration!

The camp includes modern bathhouses with showers and hot water, and a large dining facility.

Join us Saturday, May 12 - at Camp Boothe Oaks for a 60th Anniversary Celebration! Dig out all that old CBO camp gear, pictures and camp shirts and take part in a day of memories, stories, sing-a-longs and much more. We will also have a special ceremony to bury the Girl Scout 100th Anniversary time capsule that was created during the March 12th event in Abilene. THERE IS NOT A COST FOR THIS EVENT, HOWEVER, DONATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
