Climbing High

Do you love to rock climb and swing through the air OR want to find out what the thrill is all about?  Join us for a week of reaching new heights and challenging yourself.  You'll spend your days at the challenge course learning climbing skills, equipment care, and you'll have a chance to experience several of the elements at the course.  This is "challenge by choice" and you choose what you want to master!  There will also be horses, swimming and other camp activities to enjoy.

Geology Rocks

Are you curious about the structure of the planet Earth?  Do you know what a conglomerate is?   Then come to camp.  There's lots to explore in the Texas Panhandle and you can start at Camp Kiwanis.  We'll find lots of rocks, grow crystals, study the soil formations and include a field trip (weather permitting) to Palo Duro Canyon to see the Spanish Skits and more.

Survivor

Come be a part of a team and challenge each other to greater heights of skills for surviving in the wilderness.  Girls will improve their basic camping skills, learn new ones and be able to depend on themselves in an emergency.  A trip to the primitive area of camp will put those skills into action.  Enjoy hiking, riding horses, swimming and experiencing the challenge course.

Take Aim

Are you eager to learn how to shoot a bow and arrow?  This is the "aim" of this fun-filled week as you take the archer's stance, aim, shoot and hit the bull's eye.  Each day you will spend time at the archery range improving your skills.  At the end of the week, there will be a shoot off challenge.  Time will be scheduled for swimminhg, horseback riding and arts and crafts.
