2012 Property Usage Plan

Stevens Ranch

  • SR is available for all girl and adult activities from September 2011 through August 2012.

Camp Boothe Oaks

  • CBO is available for all girl and adult activities from September 2011 through August 2012.

Camp Kiwanis

  • CK is available for primitive camping events, Challenge Course days; Archery classes (activities that do not require electricity or water) from September 1st, 2011 through May 15th, 2012.
  • Resident Camp will be held in the summer of 2012.

Camp Timberlake

  • CT is available for primitive camping events, Challenge Course days, Canoeing classes, Archery classes (activities that do not require electricity or water) from September 1st, 2011 through May 15th, 2012.
  • Resident Camp will be held in the summer of 2012.

Camp Rio Blanco

  • CRB is available for all girl and adult activities from September 1st, 2011 through May 31st, 2012.
  •  Resident Camp will not be held during the summer of 2012.
  • CRB is available for primitive camping events, and Archery classes (activities that do not require electricity or water) from June 1, 2012 through August 31st, 2012.   

Morrison Lodge

  • ML is available for primitive camping events (activities that do not require electricity or water) from September 2011 through August 2012. 

Camp Holland

  • Camp Holland has been returned to the City of Weatherford.

Camp Mel Davis

  • The property will be returned to the rancher’s family that originally donated the camp to the Girl Scouts. 

Clarendon Service Center and Guymon Program Center

  • CSC and GPC will be open as long as funding is available (current funding expired December 2010). 

Note:  The GS-TOP Board of Directors has formed a Property Sub-Committee that will be reviewing the recommendations from the Long Range Property Committee.  They will make recommendations to the Finance Committee and Board of Directors for formal action with respect to the property policy, acquisitions, development and disposal.  The above property use plan may change when the Board acts on the recommendations from the Property Sub-Committee.
