September 23-28 Alumnae Roundup Reunion, Basin Harbor Club, Lake Champlain, Vermont: Roundups held from 1956 to 1965 will gather for one week in Vermont.
September 28 - October 21 The Great State Fair of Texas Spectacular Girl Scout Centennial Celebration

The Girl Scouts' Centennial Celebration will run concurrently with the State Fair of Texas, the largest and longest running state fair in the country, attracting five million visitors over 24 days. Rumor has is there will be a fried Girl Scout Cookie treat! Finally, on the last day of the fair, Girl Scouts will host a jubilant pageant of music, culture, live performances and fireworks at the Cotton Bowl for up to 90,000 leaders, alumnae and supporters from across the country.

Girl Scout Interactive Exhibit: During the fair the featured exhibit will be the Girl Scouts' Centennial Women's Museum.

Weekend Parades: Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana Girl Scout troops will lead the state fair parade every evening.
